VSPL MWM has been developed by Virtuosos Solutions Private Limited (VSPL) to provide Organizations/Business entities/Individuals a flexible platform where they can easily connect with their Field Staff and do functions like get attendance, locate them, assign tasks, send alerts & notifications, get reports with photos, geo coordinates, customer signature, get leads, order booking etc.
We are committed to be totally transparent in data collected from you, its use and its sharing with different entities.
This Privacy Policy applies when you use our Services (described below). We offer you choice about data we collect, utilize and share as per the details shown in the Privacy Policy.
VSPL MWM is a SaaS platform which facilitates Organizations/Business entities/Individuals (referred as “Company” here on) to connect with their field staff for effective communication using Web/mobile app. Any Company, which wishes to do Field Force or Mobile Work Force Management (MWM) can Sign up at http://mwm.vsplmarket.in and get an admin account. After this, they can start adding their field staff (name, mobile, email etc) on the portal and assign a password.
The staff then can download the VSPL MWM mobile app from the Google play store. The app then authenticates the users taking his mobile number and password. Authenticated users are granted access to the use of the mobile app.
VSPL MWM aims to increase work efficiency of Companies having field staff (Sales, Services, Support, Survey etc activities) by use of technology. Field staff also gets benefitted as they can be in constant touch with the Company for seeking guidance, instructions and support and ability to send real time reports with images and docs on the go.
This Privacy Policy applies to VSPL MWM website (http://mwm.vsplmarket.in) and MWM Field Force Management mobile apps hosted on google play store and related Communications and Services (“Services”).
Virtuosos Solutions Private Limited (VSPL), New Delhi – India (referred as “VSPL”) are the developers of the VSPL MWM SaaS Platform. Companies signing up on portal to avail the VSPL MWM SaaS services are the contracting parties which will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with our Services.
Company admin shall be the controlling the field staff data management, and field staff will be the user of mobile app and other Services, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to this Privacy Policy and other documents referenced in this Privacy Policy, as well as updates.
VSPL (“we” or “us”) can modify this Privacy Policy, and if we make material changes to it, we will provide notice through our Services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you object to any changes, you may ask the admin of your community to close your account.
You acknowledge that your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Privacy Policy means that the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to the updated Privacy Policy, as of its effective date.
1.1.1 ON REGISTRATION
To be able to start using VSPL Field Force mobile app for your Company, you first need to authenticate on MWM platform by providing following information:
Your credentials are authenticated by the MWM Portal and if successful, you can now start using Field Force Management staff application.
1.1.2 ON REPORTING
When you send any report with Photos, signatures and documents, we attach your GPS location with time stamp and send it to server.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
We log usage data when you visit or otherwise use our Services, including our sites, mobile app and platform technology,

When you send reports, we use your GPS coordinate to identify your precise location and attach the info with your report sent to Server.
Company utilizes your data for the following purposes:
2.1 To Mark Your Attendance
When you set your status ON Duty, your company knows that you have reported for the duty. By this feature, we would keep a record of your attendance and utilize for various purposes like calculation of work hours , wages, monitoring punctuality etc
2.2 Assign Duties/Tasks
Company can use your location data to assign tasks based on proximity to the client address.
2.3 To view your travel history, halts and distance calculations
Company will use your GPS location history to view your travel details to different locations, halts you take and calculation of kilometers travelled by you which may be utilized for your Travel allowance calculations.
2.4 Communications
Company officials will contact you through text messages, email and push notifications in app. We will send you messages about the availability of our Services, security, or other service-related issues. We also send messages about how to use our Services, reminders, task alerts etc. Please be aware that you cannot opt out of receiving service messages from your Company.
2.5 Advertising
Neither any advertisements are shown in the app nor your info is shared with any third party.
2.6 Customer Support
We use data (which can include your communications) to investigate, respond to and resolve complaints and for Service and app issues (e.g., bugs).
2.7 Security and Investigations
.We use your data (including your communications) for security purposes or to prevent or investigate possible fraud or other violations of our system and/or attempts to harm our app users, admins, visitors or others.
3.1 Reports, Duty Status, GPS Coordinates
Company only can access to all your info, it is not shared with any third party. VSPL can also access the information for resolution of any software bug, issues, service enhancement etc.
3.2 Legal Disclosures
It is possible that we will need to disclose information about you when required by local law or other legal process or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce our agreements with you; (3) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; (4) protect the security or integrity of our Services (such as by sharing with companies facing similar threats); or (5) exercise or protect the rights and safety of VSPL, our Members, personnel or others. We attempt to notify users about legal demands for their personal data when appropriate in our judgment, unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency. We may dispute such demands when we believe, in our discretion, that the requests are overbroad, vague or lack proper authority, but we do not promise to challenge every demand.

Company will generally retain your personal data as per the company policy and your employment terms and conditions or as needed to provide you Services. This includes data you or others provided to company and data generated or inferred from your use of our Services. Even if you not use any of our Services, we will retain your information and keep your profile open, unless you close your account. In some cases we choose to retain certain information (e.g., insights about Services use) in a depersonalized or aggregated form.

If you choose to close your account by requesting your Company Admin, your personal data will generally stop being visible to others on our Services immediately when admin deletes it. We retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse enforce our User Agreement, or fulfil your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.

We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send our system. Admins of your community have full access of your data and if they misuse it then VSPL has no control over it. You need to ensure that you only join communities whose Admins you know are trustworthy. In all cases, restrain from adding any sensitive information in profile for directory members. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
